Select cotton prices up
Mumbai, May 21: Select cotton prices rose today on good demand from industrial users, traders at the Cotton Association of India (CAI) said.
Cotton varieties like Bengal Desi (RG) and Bengal Desi (SG), each advanced by Rs 500 per candy owing to sustained demand from local dealers.
While, NHH-4 fell by Rs 1500 per candy, Karnataka Jayadhar rose by Rs 1000, traders added.
